We’re looking for committed, compassionate RBTs to provide in-home and community-based ABA services. Must be reliable, comfortable with light behavioral challenges, and open to ongoing feedback and training.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active RBT certification
   
• Reliable transportation
   
• Ability to work with clients in their homes around the Nashville area
   

We love working with future BCBAs who are ready to gain experience in direct care and receive supervised fieldwork hours. Must be enrolled in a Verified Course Sequence program and committed to ethical, client-centered care.

Experienced BCBAs who value autonomy, collaborative planning, and helping clients succeed in natural environments are encouraged to apply.
